Alessandro Ortali - Digital Lead
A founding partner of our sister company, Hype, Alessandro Ortali embarked on his journey in the event marketing industry at the tender age of 18. He began his illustrious career at Mikson, a family-owned enterprise, where he swiftly ascended to a managerial role. Drawing upon his vast experience and expertise, Alessandro then spearheaded the inception of Hype. Under his leadership, the firm quickly garnered high-profile clients, cementing its reputation as a formidable player in the national event planning arena.
Ijeoma Aghanya - Business Lead
Ijeoma Aghanya is a seasoned regulatory compliance expert with over 20 years of experience across multiple international jurisdictions including the UK FCA, Swiss FINMA, Bermuda BMA, and the US SEC. His roles have ranged from Junior Compliance Officer to Head of Compliance, demonstrating remarkable leadership skills and regulatory acumen.

Possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, Ijeoma has managed teams, overseen investment and back-office operations, and provided valuable advice to all levels of management. He's also trained staff on ethical obligations and AML requirements and assessed the impact of regulatory changes.

Ijeoma is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School, making him a significant asset in the evolving financial landscape.
